As aforementioned in a previous post, the working gloves market is growing every year along with its usage. As a result, the working gloves that used to take a thick and inconvenient shape at first are now becoming thinner and more comfortable through application of cutting-edge technologies. As it turned out that more people than I expected were curious about materials and technologies used in working gloves, I am writing this post which covers roughly the technologies, research-and-development, and manufacturing process that go into making working gloves.
Unlike regular gloves or rubber gloves, our working gloves (cut resistant gloves) undergo following, rather complicated manufacturing process.
Yarn Blending -> Knitting -> Coating -> Inspection -> Overlocking
